![]() ![]() ![]() 7) Finally, I'm a responsible and reliable person -shown perhaps in my professor's trust in hiring me to take care of her house and pets while she was gone -I understand the importance of doing things correctly, especially when others are involved, and not taking shortcuts -I believe in and greatly value keeping my word - if I say that I am going to do something, I make sure that I do it -Finally, at the restaurant I worked at, I was there from the day it opened until the day it closed. Observation logging/note-taking, computer skills, quick learner, working with others, work well in a high-paced/high-pressure setting, problem-solving, quick and efficient long-term memorization, responsible and reliable, and overall sense empathy/strong desire to help others 1) A lot of experience in observation and note-taking -labs - big chunk of grade is how well you record observations so I learned how to identify the most important information being presented to me 2) A lot of computer and technology experience -learning software, Microsoft Office, computer applications class, help others with technology 3) Empathy/strong desire to help others working with others -developed in hospice volunteering -volunteer experience -psychology minor -research and HDYR - working well with others, compromising, brainstorming -but still know my role 4) Quick learner and I work well in a high-paced/high-pressure setting -HDYR - fast paced, had to quickly learn to multi-task and this has greatly come in handy learned how to quickly learn and remember a new skill 5) Good at problem-solving -fairly practical and pragmatic person - a good example might be if I got a bad grade on a test, my natural response would be to talk to the professor and determine how I can do better in the future rather than sort of withdrawing - then I wouldn't learn from my mistakes 6) Experienced/good at quick and efficient long-term memorization - such as with terms. ![]()
